The term TechCommApp (hereinafter referred to as the "app") includes all customer-specific apps which are available in the store account of SQUIDDS. With the installation and use of the app data can be made available to us. With the installation of the app and the consent requested during the installation procedure you consent to the processing of your data, as described here. Before installing and using the app, please read die following related points and information attentively, on how and for what purpose your person-specific data will be collected and processed.

Download: Please read closely the data-protection statement of the platform from which you download the app. This will inform you, under the heading of "Data Protection", or "Privacy Policy", or some similar term addressing the topic of data protection, about which data is directly collected there and how it is processed. SQUIDDS as the provider of the app, has no influence on the processing undertaken there.

Installation and Use: SQUIDDS® People.Products.Passion. e.K., Donaustrasse 36, 90451 Nürnberg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "SQUIDDS") collects and processes the following data, making use of Piwik (piwik.org), only when you are connected to the internet:

• Number of visits of a document
• Number of downloads of document
• Overall frequency of use of the app
• Number of frequency can be distinguished according to the Country, Browser (Device and Operatingsystem) and duration of use.

At no time there are collected person-specific data. IP-adresses will be anonymized, as a result pure movement data will be saved. These data do not permit person-specific conclusions to be drawn.

The data acquisition is undertaken for purposes of provision and maintenance, as well as for improvement of the functions of the app and of the contents of the container made by the producer of the Technical Communication. SQUIDDS thereby receives only anonymized data from Piwik (Matamo). The collection and processing of your data is not undertaken for the purpose of identifying you, personally, as the user.

Furthermore, the anonymized data is used by SQUIDDS for preparation of statistical evaluations relating to the use and distribution of the app, as well as for the use of the container.

Contact form, Newsletter

If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using the form provided on the website (Pure Chat) or to send us an e-Mail. A valid name and an e-mail address is required so that we know who sent the request and can respond to it.

The data will be processed for the purpose of contacting us in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntary consent.

Newsletter: We will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. To receive the newsletter it is sufficient to provide an e-mail address. You can unsubscribe at any time, for example via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your unsubscription request at any time to kontakt@squidds.de by e-mail.
